On the 24th of October 2018, Flores Events – Stage 1 Diploma of Event Management students at William Angliss, organised this years annual High Tea; in theme of ‘Inti Raymi’ the Peruvian Festival of the Sun.
On Friday the 16th of November 2018, The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) held the International Week of Italian Cuisine Opening Dinner at the Angliss Restaurant. The Emerald Events team, made up of three Stage 1 Diploma of Event Management students were fortunate enough to help organise and run the dinner. The major sponsor of the evening was Divella, with other sponsors consisting of Antico coffee, Bertocchi, Birra Moretti, Casella and Pantalica. The Operational team for the evening were the incredibly professional hotel school students who did an amazing job and provided fantastic service throughout the evening.Continue reading →
